1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — Terms) govern the relationship between the administration of tf2mge.ru (hereinafter — Operator) and the user (hereinafter — User) regarding the use of the Site and its services.

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Making a donation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of these Terms.

3. Donations

• Making a donation does not grant the User any exclusive rights or ownership of the Site.
• The Operator reserves the right to change the donation amount and donation rewards at any time.

4. Rights and Obligations

• The Operator undertakes to use the received funds for the development and maintenance of the Site.
• The User confirms that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to make a donation.
• The User agrees that the donation is voluntary and not a payment for any goods or services.

5. Final Provisions
